5 Paddles opened in June of 2013 and were met with overwhelming success. Their Business Model was different from other craft breweries. Instead of steadily producing a few 'good' beers that are always available they chose to offer different beers made with a variery of combinations of ingredients, thus producing an always changing selection for their customers. You never know what 5 Paddles will be offering until you walk thru their doors and see what is in the fridge. Want your favourite wheat beer or pale ale? Too bad. You'll get it when they get around to brewing it. This model would be a failure... if their beer wasn't so good. Their decision to be creative prompted the proactive creation of a Beer Hotline.
